Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Buttonsmith. As orders are fulfilled, the shipment info will automatically be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart.
Setup
To connect to Buttonsmith, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and click to enable the Buttonsmith integration.
Alternatively, search for Buttonsmith from the available integrations search.
Enter your Buttonsmith credentials, then click to connect:
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Buttonsmith.
Integration Settings
Once connected, you will have a few settings where you can set your preferences for this integration.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are sent to Buttonsmith.
If you want to use a custom folder, create your own from Store Settings. See the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Buttonsmith sends shipment details back into Order Desk.
Product Settings

Sending Orders to Buttonsmith
Getting your orders ready to send to Buttonsmith will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
Preparing Your Orders
The following details can be submitted for an order as either checkout data or order metadata.

| PackingSlip | Use to pass a packing slip for your order. |
| OrderNotes | Use to pass order notes for your order. |

Preparing Your Items
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

| print_url_x | Link to your artwork file so Buttonsmith can print it. Up to 6. |
| print_sku_x | Buttonsmith’s product code/SKU for the item. Required. Up to 6. |
| print_location_x | The location on your item where you’d like your image to be printed. Please reach out to Buttonsmith for acceptable values. |
